16 mm spark plug spanner
1.
Pull off the spark plug socket (1).
2.
Unscrew the spark plug with a 16 mm spark plug spanner
(2).
3.
Operate the recoil starter several times.
4.
CAUTION!
Danger of eye injuries caused by particles
flying around!

Wear your personal protective equipment
(safety gloves, protective working
clothes, goggles).
Dry the spark plug with a clean cloth or blow it dry with com-
pressed air.
5.
If necessary, clean the spark plug with a wire brush.
6.
Screw the spark plug carefully in by hand and once the
sealing surface of the used spark plug is in contact tighten for
another 1/8 to 1/4 turn with the spark plug spanner.
7.
Plug the spark plug socket back on.
8.
Repeat the starting procedure.
