Other risks
The machine has undergone a hazard analysis. The design and construction of
the machine are based on the results of this analysis and correspond to state-of-
the-art technology.
The machine is considered operationally safe when used properly. Even if all of
the safety measures are complied with, there are still certain associated risks that
must be considered when working on the machine:

Beech- and oak wood dust are classified as carcinogenic. The dusts of other
woods are under suspicion to be carcinogenic. Dust-emitting activities can cause
severe health damage.
