Maintenance
Lubricate Z-axis
The Z-axis trapezoidal spindle must be lubricated regularly with a brush.

Lubricant Interflon Grease HD2
Interval: Every 20 hours or if noises occur.
1.
Move the machine head into the lowest position.
2.
Switch off the machine at the main switch, disconnect the power supply.
3.
Loosen the hex screw.
4.
Remove the cover.
5.
Clean the trapezoidal spindle with a lint-free cloth. Remove excess grease.
6.
Apply lubricating grease evenly to the entire trapezoidal spindle with a
brush.
