Seat belts
With the ignition key turned to
position

, when the driver’s seat belt is
not fastened.
Alternator
If there is a fault in the charging
system.
When the battery is insufficiently charged
or overcharged (flashing).
Engine control system
malfunctioning
While driving, to indicate a malfunction
in the emission control system and in the
ignition/injection system.
It remains on for a self-check cycle from
the moment the ignition key is turned to
position

until a few seconds following
engine starting.

Direction indicator
When the direction lights are
activated.
When the hazard warning lights are
turned on.
Position lights/low beams
When the position lights or low
beams are turned on.
High beams
When the high beams are turned
on. When the high beams are used to
flash.
Parking lights
When the parking light control
switch is operated.
Rear fog lights
When the rear fog lights are
turned on.
Heated rear window and external
rear-view mirror defroster
When the button controlling
the heated rear window and the
external rear-view mirror defroster is
operated.
These will automatically turn off thirty
minutes after they have been activated.
Vehicle set to “SPORT” mode
When the switch that sets the vehicle to
“
SPORT
” mode is operated.
“SPORT”
mode changes the driving
performance of the vehicle.
“LOW GRIP” (vehicles with “F1”
gearbox”)
When “LOW GRIP” driving mode is
selected.
