9 MAINTENANCE
9.1 Routine maintenance
Electric shock
Before maintenance or checks, turn off the machine and ALWAYS unplug the plug from the
power outlet. This is so that there is no risk of electric shock.
Regularly clean and take care of the machine to guarantee proper efficiency and a long
working life.
Using a compressor, regularly blow away the dust and wood chips that accumulate on the
machine and on the protective screens.
Working with compressed air
ALWAYS wear the protective goggles when using compressed air.
Only use a warm, damp cloth to clean the body of the machine and other external parts.
Cleaning the machine
DO NOT use detergents or any solvents; the plastic parts are easily damaged by chemical
agents.
Periodically monitor the filling of the bags and empty them before they get too full.
