CDVI with DI connection
Caution
The valve terminal contains electrostatically sensitive
components.
– Do not touch the electrical contacts of the components.
– Observe the handling specifications for electrostatically
sensitive devices.
Disassembly
1. Please observe the general preventive action
(see section 5.2)
2. Release the left-hand end plate on the CDVI by
unscrewing by one turn the two M5 mounting screws
on the left-hand end plate (see Fig. 5/6).
3. Then unscrew and remove completely the M5 screws
from the manifold block and the left-hand end plates.
