Commissioning carrying out (test run)

Make sure that the limit values of all load
ings are not exceeded.
Setting the speed and end position cushion

Screw in the screws of the upstream
switched one−way flow control valves (A)
and of the end position cushioning (B) on
the DNCKE−...:
at first completely,
then open up again approximately one
turn.
S
Pressurise:
the complete system slowly.
In order to do this use soft−start valve type HEL−...
the cylinders at first simultaneously on both supply ports

(only for DNCKE−...).
This will prevent movement against an unpressurised cylinder chamber.
the clamping unit at the supply port

with min. 3.8 bar.
The piston rod will then move slowly into the extended end position.

Start a test run at a low cycle rate and with low impact speed.
S
Repeat the test run, increasing the speed in steps until the operating speed is
reached.
If set correctly, the work load will reach the end position safely without
knocking hard against it.
S
In the test run, check to see if these settings on the clamping unit need to be
modified:
the speed of the work load
the end position cushioning
the clamping force
After completing the necessary adjustments:
S
End the test run.
