WARNINGS
•
Users are advised to clip the safety key securely onto their clothes for safety
purposes. In case of accidental falls the safety key will detach from the treadmill and
the treadmill will stop operating.
•
The safety key has to be on the treadmill at all times.
•
In case of ”E7” error double check and make sure the safety key is attached
accordingly. Note: the treadmill will not start until the magnet is placed correctly.
OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES
Console Functions
•
START button - by pressing this the speed changes to 1.0 km/h and starts moving after
counting down from 3.
•
By pressing the START button again while in use the speed changes to 0 km/h and the
treadmill gradually stops.
•
SPEED + / - buttons - used to increase or decrease the speed or values in different
modes. If the buttons are held for more than 2 seconds the speed automatically
increases/decreases.
•
MODE button - pressing this while idle changes to count down modes. Use the Speed +
and Speed - to set the values and press START to begin.
•
MUSIC button - used to start/stop music from playing.
Running belt adjustment
•
Unfold the treadmill on a flat surface and start it at speed 6-8 km/h and observe if
there are any deviations of the running belt.
•
If the belt moves to the right: switch off the treadmill. Tighten the right side about ¼
clockwise (see picture A). Start the treadmill again and if there are still deviations
repeat the process until the belt is centered.
