distributor/reseller will conduct repairs to the Joy-Rider, for the original buyer, following
inspection, and subject to any defects of materials or technology being within the scope of
the warranty. If outside of the warranty period, the material cost will be charged, and the
buyer should bear the transportation cost.
15.1.Exceptive clauses of warranty
1. Exceptive clauses of warranty includes the following:
a. Wear from normal usage to the tires, backrest and seat cushion materials, armrests and
footrest.
b. Damage of parts due to negligence, accident, misuse, abuse, overload for commercial
using, improper operation, maintenance or storage.
c. Cases out of warranty.
d. The seat is improved or repaired without consent of the manufacturer.
2. If the serial number on the seat is not original or has been modified, or inconsistent with
the warranty card, or the serial number has been changed on the warranty card, the
warranty card is invalid.
The warranty card cannot be transferred, and it is only valid for the original buyer of this
seat.
The manufacturer is responsible for the repair or replacement of the damaged parts.
Within the scope permitted by law, this Warranty Statement prevails among other warranty
items; such as the written, verbal, ostensive or implied warranty, including any guarantee
of any sales or scope of special purpose, any conflict caused by agreement, this warranty
will prevail.
15.2.Disclaimer
Thank you for purchasing the Joy-Rider. For any personal injury or property damage
arising from any improper or unsafe use of this seat, the manufacturer and supplier does
not bear any responsibility.
