FEEDING
Press the
„PROG“ key again. Now the hour display of the time flashes. Set the hours
with
„+“ and „-“ key. AM and PM indicate whether the time is in the morning (AM) or in
the afternoon (PM). AM automatically jumps to PM when the
„+“ or „-“ key is pressed
long enough.
After the hour display is set, press
„PROG“ key again, now the minute display is blinking.
Set the minutes to the current time and finally press
„PROG“ key. After successful
setting of the system time, the current day of the week is displayed in the upper line,
the activation of the time is signaled by the flashing colons.
DETERMINATION OF THE FEEDINGS
The programming of the
profi
control
UNIVERSAL
control allows to distribute the
feedings individually on 7 days. The control offers the possibility to set the following para-
meters for each feeding cycle individually:
DAY OF FEEDING
Exact time of feeding
Rotation speed or ejection radius of the feeder (signaled by paddle-wheel symbol in the
lower left corner
„HI“, „MED“, „LOW“)
Feeding time (1 - 99 sec.)
After you have successfully set the system time, press the
„-“ key once. A number in
the
„FEED“ line will now start flashing. This number represents one of a total of 6 fee-
ding cycles.
Pressing the
„-“ key again will take you to the next cycle and the next number in the
„FEED“ line will start flashing. Once you have reached the desired cycle, press the
„PROG“ key to start setting the individual parameters (we recommend starting with
feeding cycle 1 when programming for the first time). The number in the
„FEED“ line will
now appear permanently and the day of the week will start flashing.
Use the
„+“ or „-“ key to switch between a selection of presets until the desired days
are flashing.
To deactivate a feeding cycle, press the
„+“ or „-“ key until „OFF“ appears in the dis-
play. After the feeding day(s) are set, press „PROG“ key, now the hour display of the time
will start flashing. Set the desired time (in the same way as when setting the system
time).
By pressing the
„PROG“ key you will get to the setting of the rotation speed or the
ejection radius of the feeder (
„HI“ = high speed, „MED“ = medium speed
„LOW“ = slow speed). Select the desired setting with the „+“ or „-“ key and confirm
the selection with the
„PROG“ key.
Next, the feeding duration appears and flashes.
