Overcab bed
Access ladder
Always use the access ladder (Fig. 47,4) provided as standard to access the
overcab bed.
Attaching:
Attach the ladder with the rails to the holder (Fig. 47,5) on the alcove panel.
Safety net
The safety net (Fig. 47,3) is stored as standard between the mattress and
slatted frame. Only use the safety net if persons are already in the alcove.
Setting up:
Fasten the retaining straps (Fig. 47,1) to the holders on the ceiling
(Fig. 47,2).
Driving position of
overcab bed
It is recommended to place the overcab bed in driving position before setting
off.
Swivel the overcab bed (Fig. 48,1) upwards and let the retaining strap
(Fig. 48,2) engage in the holder on the ceiling.

The maximum permitted overcab bed load is 200 kg.

Only use the overcab bed, if the safety net is set up.

Never allow small children to remain in the overcab bed without super-
vision.

But in particular with regard to small children less than 6 years of age,
users should ensure that they cannot fall out of the overcab bed.

Use separate children's beds or travel cots suitable for children.
Z
Do not load the overcab bed without mattress. The plastic mould part can
break!
