REMEMBER
Your browser might show you a warning when connecting
via HTTPS, in this case, do the following:
1. Download certificate from the Secure Connection section in Network
settings and install it on your system (and browser),
2. Use the gateway’s serial number to connect locally, i.e. use serial_
number.local, e.g. https://yh-00000001.local
Installing root certificate on Windows
1. Download the certificate.
2. In the Windows Start menu search for mmc app and open it.
3. In the MMC (Microsoft Management Console) app go to File
>
Add/
Remove Snap-In.
4. Add Certificate Snap-in:
Certificates
>
Select “Computer account”
>
Next
>
Next
>
OK.
5. Now go to Certificates
>
Trusted Root Certification Authorities and
right-click on “Certificates”
6. Import the certificate.
7. Find the certificate downloaded from the gateway.
8. Import it.
9. Done.
10. Your connection with the gateway is now secure.
17: ROOMS AND SECTIONS
Rooms and sections are used to organize devices to reflect their place in
your house.
17.1: SECTIONS
Sections represent areas in your house (e.g. floors) and rooms can be
assigned to them.
Adding sections:
1. Open the Configuration interface.
2. Go to
>
Rooms.
3. Click Manage sections.
4. Type in a new name and click plus icon.
Deleting sections:
1. Open the Configuration interface.
2. Go to
>
Rooms.
