Enabled wakes the system up when an
incoming call is detected on your modem.
Resume On Time

Enabled wakes the system up at a specific

Specify the time when system is to wake up.

power management software that overrides the CMOS settings. In this case, use
the power management settings provided by Windows 98 or Windows 2000.
