Safety measures and instructions | How to assemble this product?
Use only with cables of minimum weight of a cable with rubber insulation (H07RN-F type).
If possible, when choosing the extension cable, choose bright (easily recognizable) colours
for easier orientation.
Use common sense! Think first, then act.
Be careful at the moment you started knives in the equipment.
Do not use the cable for other purposes. Never use it as a towing device in terms of handling
or as a “remote control” of the socket when disconnecting from the mains. Protect the cable
against heat sources, oil and sharp objects (beware rough edges)! Place the cable and
secure so that it is not in the way, does not threaten and cannot be damaged. Do not attempt
to dismount the housing of the equipment. Do not attempt to modify the equipment.
Only a specialist from an authorized service station can repair the power supply cable.
Do not use the shredder if the cables are damaged or worn-out.
Do not connect the damaged cable to the mains. Do not touch the damaged cable if it is still
connected to the mains. The damaged cable is alive and dangerous.
Do not touch components of the shredding mechanism if the equipment is still connected to
the mains and shredding knives have not been stopped completely yet.
Keep the extension cable a safe distance away from the shredding mechanism. The
mechanism blades might damage the cable and cause getting it energized.
Remove the power supply cable plug from the socket:
- whenever you leave the equipment unattended for any period.
- before checking, cleaning or service working on the equipment.
- after striking a foreign object, inspect the equipment for damage and make repairs as
necessary.
- if the equipment starts to vibrate abnormally.
How to replace the electrical plug?
If the plug was damaged and needs to be replaced, consult a skilled electrician.
Never use the plug if it is damaged or not complete.
