Water unit  inspection

 

 

1.

 

Check the cleanliness and the operation of the 

solution filter 

 

2.

 

Fill the solution tank and check there is no leakage on the 

water circuit  

3.

 

Verify there is no leakage on the 

solenoid valve 

and 

especially on its hoses connections and on the 

water cock

 

 

4.

 

Check if the detergent solution falls down regularly and 

uniformly along the cleaning width 

5.

 

Fill the recovery tank and check the sealing 

 

6.

 

Check that the hose and the exhaust plug do not have any 

leakages

  

7.

 

On the solution 

pump 

inlet the flow passes through an 

adjustable 

narrow neck

 to get the right uniform water 

spreading on the floor; to increase the water flow please 
increase the diameter of this throttled pump inlet

 .

 

 

 

Suction unit inspection

 

 

1.

 

Check the cleanliness and the functionality of the 

filter

 and 

of the 

float system

.

 

2.

 

Check the air sealing between the 

tap 

and the recovery tank

.  

3.

 

Check the sealing on both suction hoses and squeegee hose 

connection terminals.

Check the cleanliness and the functionality of the black box
