10 Troubleshooting 

FAULT 

SOLUTION 

The vacuum turbine does not work, the electric 
motor does not start.  

Check the electrical connections 

Charge the batteries. 

Replace the fuses. 

Inform the support service. 

Insufficient vacuum power. 

Check the gasket on the vacuum head. 

Empty the bin. 

Check and clean the vacuum head filter. 

Inform the support service. 

Noisy operation. 

Lubricate the moving parts.  

Remove or replace the fan and check its fixing. 

Tighten the fan screws.
