In any case, before re-operating a battery which is inactive for a long period of time, recharge it and
check for a correct level of the electrolyte.
SUCTION SYSTEM
The suction system includes a fan controlled by the hydraulic motor. It is used to suck the dust produced
by brush rotation. The suction power coming from the fan passes through the filters whose aim is that
of holding the dust. Dirt and dust are collected into the proper waste container. When full, empty the
waste container. To replace the suction filters, release the fastening belt and remove the cover. When
repositioning the container cover, check for rubber gaskets good condition and correct placement, so as
to avoid any dust leakage from the machine.
REPLACING THE CENTRAL BRUSH
The central brush should be replaced when the bristles length is approx. 2 or 3 cm. To replace it, you
should unscrew the carter knob on the machine right side and remove the carter. Unscrew the screws
which fix the para rubber; now it is possible to see the brush support which is to remove. Extract the
brush from the left support. To install the new brush, carefully check the brush orientation. Reassemble
the right side plate and close the para rubber again.
