Initiating device circuits are supervised, power limited and may be con-
nected to limited-energy cable, except for initiating devices that require
24 VDC power.

Use only the compatible, UL-listed two-wire smoke detectors that are
listed in FireLite Document 15384.

For connection of four-wire smoke detectors, refer to Section Six.

Wire initiating devices according to the manufacturer's instructions pack-
aged with each device.
