Connect to the power supply 

– the green neon illuminates. 

Switch appliance on at the switch 

– the amber neon illuminates.  When the amber 

neon extinguishes, the drawers are ready for use.  The appliance is pre-set to hold 
the air temperature in the cabinet between 68-83 Deg C.  During operation, the 
amber neon will operate with the element cycle. 
 
Maintain the water level in the water drawer. 

 
 

CLEANING

 

 

 
  Do not use a water jet or steam cleaner, and do not immerse this appliance. 
 
  Clean all panels with warm water and mild detergent, do not use abrasive    

materials.  Dry with a soft cloth.
