Cleaning and Washing
• Machine wash the seat pad and headrest pad in cold water and mild
detergent. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry on low heat.
• To clean the shell use a mild cleaning agent and damp cloth. Rinse with
clean water to remove soap residue.
To remove the headrest pad and seat pad:
• Remove the headrest pad’s elastic loops from the clips on each side of the
headrest. Remove the headrest pad from the headrest.
• Tip the car seat backward and remove the seat pad’s elastic loops from the
clips on each side of the car seat. Pull the seat pad off of the shell.
To replace the headrest and seat pad:
• Refer to pages 23-24, steps 7 and 9; page 26, step11; and pages 30-31,
steps 17-19 in the 5-Point Harness Mode section.
