INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: For easier assembly and installation, the
vehicle and all snowplow components should
be on a smooth, level, hard surface, such as
concrete.
1. Remove the four brush guard cap screws shown.
Retain for reinstallation if the mount is removed.
2. Center the mount on the vehicle and install with
four M12 cap screws and 1/2" washers. Hand
tighten, but do not torque the cap screws at this
time.
3. If equipped, remove the winch. Retain for
reinstallation.
4. Install the driver- and passenger-side brackets
to the mount with four 3/8" x 1" cap screws and
3/8" locknuts.
5. Using the holes in the tops of the brackets as
guides, mark the locations of the four fastener
holes on the brush guard.
