For 10.5' Blades:
1. Remove the blocking and hardware that secures
the T-frame to the pallet.
2. Remove the strapping/packaging hardware that
secures the headgear to the T-frame, except the
clevis pins and shipping brackets.
3. While supporting the headgear, remove and retain
the four clevis pins. Discard the shipping brackets.
4. Align the holes in the headgear assembly with the
middle hole in the T-frame. Attach the T-frame to
the headgear assembly with two 1-1/4" clevis pins
and 1/4" x 2" cotter pins. Insert the pins from the
outside of the headgear. If the T-frame is not
level, adjust the hole location on the pivot beam
where the clevis pin is located.

For 7.5'/8.5'/9.5' Blades:
1. Remove the hardware and blocking that secures
the T-frame to the pallet.
2. Remove the strapping that secures the headgear
to the T-frame.
3. While supporting the headgear, remove and retain
the four pins. Discard the shipping brackets.
4. Position the headgear so that the holes in the
headgear are aligned with the previously selected
holes in the push assembly. Attach the push
assembly to the headgear assembly with two
step pins, 1"

at washers, and 1/4" x 1-1/2" cotter
pins. Insert the step pins from the outside of the
headgear. Insert a 1"

at washer between the
headgear and the outside of the push assembly
on both sides.
5. If the lowest set of holes in the push assembly are
used, the stacking stops attached to the headgear
can be removed and replaced with the shorter set
of stacking stops that are attached to the pallet.
