MODE:
the key allows you to select the concrete function of your
choice. If you select SCAN the display on the screen will change every
few seconds to show the different functions (Time, Speed, Distance and
Calories)
AUTO ON/OFF:
To conserve power, t he monitor will automatically shut off if
there is no speed signal sensed or no key pressed in 4 minutes. The monitor
will be auto-powered when the exercise begins or at any key press.
TIME:
select this function by pressing the key repeatedly until you shall see TMR on the screen display.
The total
working time will be shown when starting exercise.
SPEED:
select this function by pressing the key repeatedly until you shall see SPD on the screen display. The
Computer will display the current speed.
DISTANCE:
select this function by pressing the key repeatedly until you shall see DIS on the screen display. The
Computer will display each trip distance you have traveled.
CALORIES:
select this function by pressing the key repeatedly until you shall see CAL on the screen display.
The
Computer will display total calories burns when starting to exercise.
RESET:
the equipment can be reset (to 0 values) by pressing the key MODE for 3 seconds or by changing the batteries.
ADJUSTING EFFORT
The exercise bike allows you to adjust the effort required to turn the wheel by “braking”
the wheel. The greater the effort, the larger the number of energy (calories) required to
“ride”. To adjust the effort, turn the adjuster on the main frame tube as required to either
increase (rotate right) or decrease (rotate left) effort.
TRAINING
If you are a beginner, start by training for several days at a gentle pace; don’t push yourself and rest if necessary.
Gradually increase the frequency and duration of sessions. Ensure the room in which you are exercising is well
ventilated.
