Trouble

8. No working 

(1)

The main power supply of end-
carriage, trolley, or main hoist is not 
turned on 

(2)

Any problem with the Upper-limit-
switch?   

(3)

Problem with the control circuit? 

(4)

Push-button malfunctioned 

(5)

Main power contactor has problem 
or does not work 

(6)

Runway power-feed, R- or T-phase 
current-collector has taken off 

(7)

The main fuse has broken 

(8)

The movable power-cable and 
connecting point have trouble 

(9)

Voltage of power supply has 
dropped down 

(1)

Check the connections of current 
collector and other power 

(2)

Move the Upper-limit-switch to 
normal position. Check the MT-
main loop 

(3)

Replace with a new push-button 

(4)

Check the Upper-limit-switch 
and the fuse of main contactor 
circuit, or replace with a new 
contactor 

(5)

Identify the reasons of power 
disconnection and recover the 
current collector 

(6)

Replace the main fuse 

(7)

Tie up the loosened conducting-
wire, replace with new control 
cables if necessary; check the 
connection 

(8)

Check the reason of voltage 
dropping 

9. NOT lifting UP

Check up the limit-switch 

(2)

The “UP” current of lifting has 
broken

Motor is too hot

Push button “UP” malfunctions

Contactor of UP malfunctions

If limit-switch malfunctions

Check the break point of current

Fix it, or isolate it with the

10. NOT lifting DOWN

The “DOWN” current load of lifting 
has broken

Replace new push-button

Replace with a new “DOWN” 
contactor 

11. Hoisting up and 
down; do not work 
(motor stopped)
