INTENDED PURPOSE
Sander is purposed for sanding of wood, plastic, composite, paint/varnish layer, filter and similar
materials. Do not sand any metals or materials containing asbestos. To ensure work safety,the
device must not be exposed to water or be operated in humid environment. Before work
beginning check, if a work piece is fixed appropriately. In case of any misuse, the user shall take
sole responsibility for damages or accidents.
OPERATION
Before operation, check:
- Packaging in respect of damages resulting from shipping or storage;
- Device in respect of any missing components, according to this manual;
- Power supply cable and compressed air hose in respect of technical data specified in the
Table.
ASSEMBLY
Fasten the disk to the device with delivered chuck key, and mount compressed air adapter into
the appropriate slot.
COMPRESSED AIR PRESSURE
The device is provided with compressed air adapter. User may also use a quick Ht coupling or
typical hose fitting, if its inner diameter is 8mm to ensure air flow.
BEFORE OPERATION, FIRSTLY CHECK, IF:
- Air valve is in MAX position;
- Hose and compressed air fitting is in good condition;
- Valve lever is operative - before connecting the device to compressed air supply.
- All components have been properly installed and are free of damage.
- Device is connected to compressed air supply.
SWITCHING ON AND OFF
- Switching on: Press and hold the lever.
- Switching off: Release the lever.
TEST
Firstly switch on the device and check in respect of abnormal vibration or contact of disk any
other element.In case of any identified abnormality,switch off the device immediately and make
required repairs.
ROTATIONAL SPEED
Adjust rotational speed with the controller positioned between MAX and OFF mark. Rotational
speed shall be appropriate for sand paper and properties of work piece.
MAINTENANCE
Before maintenance, firstly disconnect the device from power supply. After work finish, or if
necessary, dean the body and remove dust with compressed air.
Lubrication shall be carried out on regular basis (every 50 h) by injecting 2/3 droplets of specified
oil type (silicone free synthetic oil, ISO 32) into compressed air connection, when device is in
vertical position, with connection upwards. After lubrication, connect the device to power supply
and operate for a few seconds. Before long-time stoppage, firstly lubricate the device according
to above guidelines. Any damage resulting from poor or improper lubrication voids the guarantee.
Any servicing must be made by the manufacturer's authorized personnel.
For the purpose of maintenance and cleaning, the device shall be delivered to authorised service
centre.
Noise LEVEL
Noise generated by machine is 88 dB(A), as measured pursuant to EN ISO 3744 + UNI EN ISO
11203.
