STEP 1: Place the Leg Base (A) on a
flat surface. Attach the Connector (E)
as shown in Figure 1.

STEP 2: Attach the Steel Washer (F)
and Spring Plate (G) to the Connector
(E) with Bolts (J), Nuts (K) and Washer
(L) with Hex Wrench (M) as shown in
Figure 2.
