Connecting condensate drain
To drain off condensate properly, the condensate drain provided on-site must be con-
nected to the coil drip tray.
•
Insert a plastic hose or a copper pipe on the provided connector of the drain pan
and seal it, (refer to fig. 5-19, pos. 2).
•
When connecting the condensate drain to the sewage system, observe the relevant
regulations of the local Water Board (stench trap).

Maintain a continuous slope in drain line to provide adequate condensate drainage.
When running pressure-free piping or outdoor drainage, a stench trap is not
required.
