The Aircraft Status page contains direct entry buttons to engage ground operation services, resets, fuel
freeze, Quick Start options, and change the displayed units of measure. When the direct entry buttons are
selected, their corresponding functions activate. The direct entry buttons available on this page include
External AC Power, External Air Cart, Aircraft on Jacks, Fuel Balance, Fuel Freeze, Engine Quick Start,
APU Quick Start, ADIRU Rapid Align, Master Reset, System Reset, Temp Reset, Imperial, and Metric
Units.
There are twelve data entry buttons that are used to enter Gross Weight, Center of Gravity, Zero-Fuel
Weight, Hydraulic Fluid Quantities for the A, B, and Standby systems, Left and Right Engine Oil Quantities,
and fuel quantities for the Left Wing, Right Wing, Center, Fuel Balance, and Total Fuel.
There are two overlay buttons and one page change button associated with the Aircraft Status page. The
overlay buttons are T/O Training FMC Data Retain and Vis Pattern Training FMC Data Retain. For
approach, landing, and visual pattern training use the Vis Pattern Training FMC Data Retain button. For
Takeoff Training use the T/O Training FMC Data Retain button. This will retain data in the FMC. For
more information refer to paragraphs 3.3.8. and 3.3.9. The Push Back overlay is used to push the aircraft
back from the gate of the airport. The Push Back function is discussed in the following paragraph. Refer
to the AIRCRAFT DOORS paragraph, 3.5., for more information on the Aircraft Doors.
A status block showing the aircraft’s current attitude and flap position is located at bottom left portion
of the page.
