Reset
The Reset push button is used to reset minor hydraulic failures that might occur when the limits of the
aircraft are exceeded. See Figure 3-7. The push button is backlit green when off, illuminated amber when
on, and flashes amber when a failure occurs.
Press the RESET push button when it is flashing amber. If it stops flashing, continue the
training session. If it continues to flash, contact a technician to check for a hydraulic
hardware failure.
3.5.4.4.
Hydraulic Power Off
The Hydraulic Power Off push button is an illuminated red, round push button located on the Hydraulic
Control Panel. See Figure 3-7. It is used to remove hydraulic pressure from the motion system and the
flight controls should an emergency situation occur. Refer to Section 4, EMERGENCY CONDITIONS,
for additional information about safety switches and emergency evacuation procedures.
