If, while performing the autotrim, the host computer determines that certain controls should be reset, the
controls will appear on the CNIA page with the parameter, the required value, and the actual value
illuminated red. Controls that do not need resetting are shaded gray. The required values are displayed
on the CNIA page under the Required heading. The controls may then be adjusted to trim the aircraft
before Flight Freeze is released. While the controls are being reset, the Actual column will change
dynamically to allow the instructor to observe the student activities. When the aircraft control is within
an acceptable value for the item, the line item returns to gray.
