TYPE
DESCRIPTION
Cobblestone
This turbulence type simulates the aircraft flying through rough, upper
altitude turbulence. It contains regular, vibratory, low impact motion base
movement.
Rough Air
This turbulence type simulates the aircraft flying through a lower altitude
thunderstorm (with many rolls, pitches, heaves, etc.) It contains sporadic,
high impact motion base movement. The Rough Air button should be
selected when using any wind shear model. It increases motion base
movement to simulate more closely aircraft movement through the wind
