Programming user-defined buttons
General
You can specify which function the user-defined #1 and #2 buttons will have.
Possible choices
You can specify one of the following functions for each user-defined button:

Switch between color and grayscale
■
Next image palette
■
Invert palette
■
Adjust image
■
Adjust image manually
■
Change temperature range
■
Change zoom factor
■
Program mode
■
Sequence mode
■
Hide/show graphics
■
Switch between LCD and viewfinder
■
Switch between level and span or level-only auto mode
■
Switch between linear, histogram, and detail modes
■
Switch between active measurement tools
■
Switch fusion on and off
■
Switch lamp on and off
■
Switch between infrared camera and digital camera
■
Switch between the current and reference images
Procedure
Follow this procedure to specify which function the user-defined #1 and #2 buttons
will have:
To go to the mode selector, push the
button to the right of the joystick.

In the mode selector, select
Setup
and push the joystick.

In the toolbox, select
User buttons
and push the joystick.

To specify which function the user-defined #1 and #2 buttons will have,
use the joystick. Push the joystick to confirm each choice.

To confirm and leave the dialog box, push the
button.
