Use
Program - Preprogrammed workouts
In the main menu, select the icon for one of the pre-programmed programs. You can choose from 12 different trainings. If you have selected a workout, the
resistance course of the workout is shown in the display.
If the desired workout appears, press the ENTER / MODE button to select the workout.
1. Now set the desired resistance level.
2. Now set the desired training time (max. 99 minutes).
3. Press START / STOP to start your workout
The training is over when the set training time has elapsed. You can pause the workout with START/STOP. Press START/STOP to resume training. Press RESET
to end the workout and return to the main menu.
