Use
HRC - Heart Rade Controlled programs
Select the icon for heart rate controlled training in the main menu menu. You can train at a percentage of your maximum heart rate or set a target heart rate
yourself. The computer automatically calculates your maximum heart rate based on your user profile. The maximum heart rate is calculated with the formula
220 - your age. The heart rate is measured with an optional Flow Fitness chest belt or by holding the heart rate sensors during the entire workout.
1. You can choose from three percentages of your maximum heart rate or a value that you can set yourself: 55%, 75%, 90% or TA (TARGET). Make your
selection and confirm with ENTER.
2. If you have selected TA (TARGET) in the previous menu, you can now set the desired target heart rate.
3. Next, set the training time (TIME) with the selection button.
4. Press START/STOP to start your workout.
If the computer does not receive a heartbeat signal for 5 seconds, the display shows an error message. Then check whether the chest belt is functioning or
has been put on properly.
The training is over when the set training time has elapsed. You can pause the workout with START/STOP. Press START/STOP to resume training. Press RESET
to end the workout and return to the main menu.
