4. Use
General use
The driver DMR250 computer works on two AA batteries. After placing the batteries
the display of will automatically turn on. After 4 minutes of inactivity the computer
will go into standby modus. Press any button to activate the computer from standby
modus.
The computer can receive a heart rate signal from an optional chest belt. The heart
rate will be automatically displayed on the PULSE window of the computer display.
When you start rowing the TMR, CNT, DST, CAL and TOTAL CNT values will start
counting. You are also able to set target values.
Entering target values

If the computer is in standby modus press any button and the computer display
will light up. The computer automatically enters SCAN function.

Press the ENTER key to go to the next function. The function order is:
TMR>CNT>DST>CAL>TOTAL CNT>PULSE>SCAN.

To set target value of a function:
Press
UP
and
DOWN
key to make adjustment to the target values. Press the
RESET
key to set the value
BACK
to 0. Press
ENTER
to go set the next target value.
- TMR – Set a training duration, or set a target distance then press
ENTER
directly.
- DST – Set a target distance
- CNT – Set a target for rowing strokes
- CAL – Set a target for calories to burn
- PULSE -Set a target heart rate. (An optional chest belt is necessary for counting
this target value)

Your ready to start exercising. All entered values will start to countdown. The
training session is finished when you reach one of the entered target values.
The metal and plastic parts of the product can be cleaned by using standard
cleaning products. However, make sure that all parts are completely dry before they
are used again.
Flow Fitness advises to fasten nuts and bolts, check and fasten pivot points once
every six weeks. For fastening use the tool supplied with the product.
To prevent unnecessary wear, the product can only be used indoors and in a dry
environment.
4.4 Maintenance
