4. Use
RECOVERY (stamina test)
After a workout it is possible to check your stamina. Press the
RECOVERY
button
and firmly hold the hand heart rate sensors, or wear a chest belt. All values will
disappear from the screen and a countdown from 60 to 0 will be visible. After the
countdown a code will appear. This code displays your stamina level. Explanation of
the code is shown in the table below:
F1:
Excellent
F2:
Good
F3:
Average
F4:
Below average
F5:
Bad
F6:
Very bad / no correct measurement
In case there is no movement for 90 seconds the computer will automatically shut
down. The Recovery program needs to run within 90 seconds after the training has
finished.
Important:
1.
The RECOVERY stamina test will only start when a heart rate is detected. For a
correct measurement you need to hold the hand sensors firmly without moving.
2.
Your stamina is based upon the time in which your heart rate returns to rest level.
Therefore the RECOVERY program can only be done after a intense workout of at
least 150 BPM.
