Use
Control panel
You can use the touch control panel to navigate thought the menus and setup training exercises. The control panel of the T3i will light up after you turn the
treadmill on. The control panel lights will also give you an indication of your current speed and incline level.
Rapid Shift Paddles
With the Rapid Shift Paddle located at both sides of the computer you are able to easily change the speed and incline level. With the left Rapid Shift Paddle
you can set the incline level and with the right Rapid Shift Paddle you can set the speed. Pull the Rapid Shift Paddle towards you to increase the incline level
and press the Rapid Shift Paddle away form you to decrease the level. When holding the Rapid Shift Paddle for a few seconds you are able quickly decrease
on increase the values.
Use of the computer
Display Values
Incline
The current incline level.
Distance
The elapsed or remaining distance.
Time
The elapsed or remaining time.
Pulse
You heart rate in Beat Per Minute (BPM) measured by the hand pulse sensors or by an optional Flow Fitness Chest Belt.
Calories
An indication of the burned calories.
HR%
Your target heart rate and the percentage of your calculated maximum heart rate. This window is only visible with the heart
rate controlled programs.
Speed
Current speed in KPH.

QUICK KEYS SPEED
By pressing one of these keys the
computer will go directly to the speed
indicated on the pressed key.
INDICATION OF SPEED AND INCLINE LEVEL
Next to the quick keys there are light bars indicating the speed
and incline level. With a blink an eye you are able to see your
current speed and incline level.
QUICK KEYS INCLINE
By pressing one of these keys the
computer will go directly to the incline
level indicated on the pressed key.
LED
Use this key in the
main menu to go
to the LED running
guides settings.
During a training
session this key
can be used to
toggle between
LED modes.
START
Start or resume a
trainings session.
STOP
Stop or pause a
training session
Press and hold for
two seconds to
reset the treadmills
computer.
INCLINE
Use these keys to
navigate trough the
menu or use them
to set training
values
Press these keys
during a trainings
session to increase
or decrease the
current incline
level
PROGRAM
Press this key to
directly go to the
program section
within the menu
SPEED
Use these keys to

menu or use them
to set training
values
Press these keys
during a trainings
session to increase
or decrease the
current speed
ENTER
Press to confirm
a training value,
menu item or start
a program.
COOL DOWN
Press this key to
activate the cool
down program.
