4. Use
There are two ways to use the Turner DMT10 mini trainer
1. Training of the upper body
2. Training of the lower body
Training of the upper body
1. Place the non-slip mat on the table
2. Place the DMT10 minitrainer on the non-slip mat in front of you.
3. Sit down on a chair so that your arms can easily reach the
pedals.
4. Firmly grab the pedals and rotate them slowly to start your
exercise.
Training of the lower body
1. Place the non-slip mat on the floor.
2. Place the DMT10 minitrainer on the non-slip mat in front of you.
3. Sit down on a chair so that your feet can easily reach the
pedals.
4. You can slowly start pedalling to start your exercise
Important: Don’t stand up during the excise.
During an exercise you can adjust the resistance by turning the
tension control knob. Turning the knob clockwise will increase
the resistance, turning the knob counter clockwise will decrease
the resistance.
Use continuous movement during a training to prevent strain or
injuries.
