Required tools: Phillips head screwdriver
Before you begin, open the tank lid (1) and remove
the nuts and bolts, holsters, and nozzles from inside
the tank strainer (3). Set aside.
Bring the ComfortStraps™ (5) to the bottom of the
tank (2). Secure lower strap clips to the tank loops
near the bottom of the tank.
Next, slide the adjustable strap through the
top tank loop. Continue by sliding the strap
over and under the buckle fitting. Lightly tug
at the strap to make sure it’s secure. Repeat on
other side.
Place the top wand holster (4) on the molded holster
bracket on the tank. While holding the holster, place
nut on one side of the hexagonal slots and screw
the bolt through the other side until it fastens into
the nut.
Repeat for other slot and bottom holster.
Take the spray gun (8) and attach it to the GHT
fitting on the end of the hose (7). Tighten the fitting
to ensure the gasket properly seals the connection.
If spraying with the stainless-steel spray wand (6),
pull back on the collar of the quick-connect fitting on
the spray gun. Insert the male wand fitting into the
female spray gun fitting and push the collar back
into its original position. Nozzles can be attached
with the same process.
Snap the spray wand into the wand holster and
place any unused nozzles into their slot until ready
to spray.
