Attention!
Check connections for tightness.
Attention!
Comply with the operating instructions of the motor (some three-
phase motors have their safety instructions contained with the
terminal box).
Protect commutator motors without no-volt release, three-phase
motors and compressed-air motors against accidental starting.
Do not grip three-phase motor on ventilator cap for carrying.
Never store the motor in areas in which corrosive vapours exist.
Only start the motor when the pump is in the liquid.
Check the mains connection cable for damage before every use.
Changes to the mains connection (e.g. installation of an ex-pro-
tected round plug) may only be carried out by qualified electricians.

Follow internal instructions (Explosion protection document).
Wear protective clothing (face and breathing protection, protective
gloves, etc.)
Use hearing protection. Only operate compressed air motors with
the silencer or exhaust hose provided with the motor.
In hazardous areas the temperature of the liquid must not exceed
40°C.
The pump is for operation at a surrounding temperature of 0°C up to
+40°C. The temperature of the liquid to be transfer must not exceed
60°C.
Attention!
Empty pump, hose and fittings before transport. Totally open the
fittings for emptying.
The mains plug must be pulled and the power cable must be rolled
up.
Remove the pump from the container for transport. On no account
may the pump be moved together with the container by pulling on
the hose.
Equip the pump with an appropriate device so that it cannot fall.
