riders, opinion leaders, etc. and of
course the head office team, we want
to offer the best possible post-sales
service to our customers. We will
gladly inform you about the entire
Flysurfer product range, service and
any other questions you may have.
We regularly reach out to Flysurfer
fans and people interested in our
products through our year-round
national and international test events.
The friendly atmosphere and the open,
helpful spirit at the onsite test events
has planted a happy smile on the face
of many satisfied testers countless
different spots arround the globe.

gen am Kitespot oder erste Produk-
terfahrungen bei Testveranstaltungen
haben uns schon viele lachende, über-
raschte und zufriedene Gesichter an
den unterschiedlichsten Orten dieser
Welt beschert.
13.01 Free-Repair
All new kites & bars which are priva-
tely purchased from FLYSURFER are
covered by our Free-Repair Warranty.
The time period for eligibility begins
on the purchase date shown on your
receipt.
Thanks to this unique service,
which comes in addition to the standard
manufacturer’s warranty, your product
is protected against almost any dama-
ges that may occur during the first year.
The service does not apply to kites that
are used commercially (teaching, ren-
tal, etc) and does not apply to damage
resulting from acts of negligence (e.g.
contact with obstacles) or damage that
has been done on purpose by the user.
