water or putting them on the
cup warmer. Alternatively,
use disposable cups.
Faulty heating system
Contact the Supplier.
Pump makes too much
noise and does not allow
coffee brewing
The pump sucked in air
Fill the tank (page 16) and
repeatedly press the manual
coffee dispensing switch
(switch 2 of the panel ref. C)
until the pump is correctly
triggered.
The “cream” is not enough
or missing at all
Grinding too coarse
Use a new pod. Contact
coffee pod Supplier.
Coffee not fresh
Use a new pod. Contact
coffee pod Supplier.
Water has been in the tank
for many days
Replace the water in the
tank paying attention that
the probe is resinserted
correctly.
