Troubleshooting
If you experience any problem, first check the following. The problem may be due to
inappropriate command settings.

If you inserted any metal or flammable materials in the FOMA terminal, or if you dropped
FOMA terminal, contact our service station.
The FOMA terminal is not detected
Stand-by, shut down or restart while the FOMA terminal is connected to PC may result in the
FOMA terminal not recognized correctly.

Is the FOMA terminal inserted to PC correctly?

property.

If "OK" is not displayed when an AT command is entered from PC, check the following.

Are the communication settings of PC correct?

Does the command start with AT or at?
If a capital and a small letter are mixed such as At or aT, the command may result in
"ERROR".

Is it set to the code to display result code (ATQ0)?
