Position the four panels so that they sit on top of the floor as shown making sure that the
bottom board is overhanging the floor. Make sure that the panels are flush before fixing
them to each other using 3 x 50mm screws.
Place the sheets in to the door so that each sheet sits on the rebated frame. Place each piece of
beading on top of the sheets makings sure that everything is flush. Fix the beading in place
using Panel Pins.
(T) = 2 x Panel Pins (U) = 4 x Panel Pins (V) = 5 x Panel Pins
Place the two floor against each other and fix them together using 3x50mm screws through the
floor bearers. Make sure that both of the floor sections are level.
Place on a solid level base.

Make sure the panels are tight and sat on the floor correctly before fixing each panel to the floor
using 50mm screws. Make sure that the screws are in line with the floor bearers.
