Step 4
Push the return valve knob
(13) over the return valve
stem that protrudes from the
front of the jack at the base
and secure the knob with the
grub screw (12). There is an
indentation is the valve stem
and the grub screw in the
valve knob should be aligned
with this before tightening.
Step 5
Hook one end of a spring
(4) through the hole in the
lug on the forward end of
the right hand jack arm and
hook the other end through
the hole in the middle of the
vertical face of the platform
support arm. The spring
should be hooked on from
the outside. Repeat for the
other spring on the left hand
jack arm.
