To charge General battery, connect the USB cable to the
output port and the output port to the PC . You can use it
while charging the battery. We recommend full charge and
discharge cycles to maintain longevity.
For optimal performance we recommend that you keep the
Headset and receiver at least 2m away from any other 2.4Ghz
emitting device (e.g. router) to minimise ambient noise.
General has an operating range of up to 10-15m. To ensure
best performance and avoid interference, we recommend
keeping the receiver at a close distance
