General safety standards
2.1 SAFETY
The Operator must be trained on the risks arising
from injuries, on the devices designed for Operator
safety and the general accident prevention under the
directives and legislation in the country of use of the
machine. When manufacturing the machine, they have
been provided for all the potential situations of danger
and taken the appropriate protection. There is still a
high level of accidents caused by the imprudent and
clumsy use of the machine. Distraction, lightweight
and too much confidence are often the cause of acci
-
dents; as might be fatigue and drowsiness. Therefore,
it is mandatory to read very carefully this manual and
in particular the section on safety.
DANGER
The Manufacturer disclaims any and all liability
for failure to follow the safety rules and prevention
requirements under the law and as provided in
this manual.
Be careful where this symbol is shown in this
manual. It indicates a possible dangerous situation.
2.1.1 TERMS USED
The following is the definition of people and specific
situations, which may involve directly the machine
and/or persons in direct contact with it.
• USER: The user is the person, entity or company,
which bought or rented the machine and intends
to use it for the intended purpose. It is responsible
for the machine and the training of those who work
around it.
• HAZARDOUS AREA:
Any zone within and/or near
a machine in which the presence of a person
exposed represents a risk to its health and safety.
• EXPOSED PERSON:
Any person wholly or partially
in a danger zone.
• OPERATOR: Person capable of operating, main
-
taining, cleaning and transporting the machine.
• AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER:
The authorized
service center is the premise, legally authorized
by the Manufacturer, which has specialized staff,
enabled to carry out all the operations of service,
maintenance and repair, even of a certain complex
-
ity, which is required for the maintenance of the
machine in perfectly efficient conditions.
2.1.2 GENERAL SAFETY STANDARDS
ATTENTION
The failure to comply with what described in «Sec-
tion 2 - Safety and prevention» and the possible tam-
pering of the safety devices, raise the Manufacturer
from any liability in case of accidents, damage or
malfunction of the machine.
General notes:
- You agree to entrust the machine only to qualified
staff, trained for the purpose.
- It is your responsibility to take all appropriate
measures to prevent unauthorized persons from
using the machine.
