HOLE TO HOLE, BOLT (C) GOES THROUGH RING (E)
AND WASHER (D) SUCCESSIVELY, THEN USE ALLEN
WRENCH (F) TO SCREW THEM ONE BY ONE UNTIL
FINISHED.
