Please read the below before using your Command Stealth headlamp as it
relays beneficial operating and safety information.

BATTERIES:

The Command Series models require four (4) AA batteries at
(1.2 to 1.6 volts each).
- Acceptable battery types (run time will depend upon battery
quality and charge): Alkaline, Rechargeable, or 1.5v Lithium (Li-FeS2).
NOTE: Mixing of used and new, or different brand batteries is not recommended
as this could lead to leakage or explosion.
BATTERY INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
The following is valid for P/N 420-310 & 420-332:
1.
Open all four (4) of the battery compartment tabs and install four (4) AA
batteries. NOTE: Respect the polarity when installing (the inside of the
battery pack indicates proper battery placement).
2.
Reassemble the battery pack, and secure the 4 tabs (snap them completely
closed). NOTE: Make sure the battery pack is closed properly in order to
maintain the best possible water tight seal.
3.
Test the light’s performance by activating the on/off slide switch located at
the top of the light.
The following is valid for P/N 420-307 and 420-377:
1.
Unscrew the cap of the battery compartment.
2.
Install four (4) AA batteries.
a.
Respect the appropriate polarity when installing (the inside of the
battery pack indicates proper battery placement; see diagram
below).
3.
Twist cap back on.
a.
To get cap started, press against the battery pack in order to
overcome the Dual-Gasket Seal’s friction. You will notice
increased friction as you tighten the cap. NOTE: The Dual-Gasket
is necessary to create a waterproof seal.
4.
Test the light’s performance by activating the on/off slide switch located at
the top of the light.

*Battery life may vary according to Mode Selected, Battery Quality, and
prevailing Ambient Conditions.
ON/OFF SLIDE SWITCH:
The Command Stealth Series Headlamps have a titanium content slide
switch located at the top of the light’s main body.
To operate, simply press your finger on the slide switch and slide it left or
right.
OPERATIONAL MODES:
All Command Stealth Series Models are ON/OFF Only.
STRAPS:

Silicone, Head & Chin Strap ONLY: P/N 420-307 & 420-377

Both Elastic & Silicone Straps: P/N 420-310 & 420-332
CABLE GUIDE/HELMET HOLD DOWN:
A black cable guide with Velcro (included and installed on strap) is best used
when wrapped around both the strap and cable, making the cable less likely
to be caught or snagged on any surrounding objects.
REMOTING YOUR BATTERY CASE AND SECURING THE “W” CLIP TO
YOUR BATTERY PACK:
P/N 420-307 & 420-377 ONLY
Your battery case may be remoted off the Head strap. You may more easily
secure the battery case to a pocket, belt, strap, etc with the
use of a “W” Clip (included).
For installation of “W” Clip onto battery case:
1.
Compress the “W” Clip by bending the end loops
toward each other.
2.
Insert one end loop in each of the two clip holes of the
battery case.
3.
The center bend of the W Clip must be on the outside of the curved
portion of the battery case as shown.
4.
When the W Clip is inserted to its maximum depth, the end loops will
spring outward and clip in the proper position.
Wearing your headlamp with the battery case remoted:
1.
Uncoil the cable.
2.
Undo Velcro on side of head strap, slide out battery case and
secure head strap back in place.
3.
Affix your battery case to pocket, belt, etc.
4.
Put on your Headlamp and adjust for comfort.
