Gaskets
The rubber gaskets on the sliding doors slide into T section slots, in the door
frames, and can be replaced if damaged.

DO NOT service lights without isolating the cabinet at the main switch or
unplugging it from the wall.
Access to
Control Gear
Remove the screws to release
the back panel of the cabinet.
The control gear chassis can
now be accessed.
The exact location is slightly
different on the two cabinet
sizes.
Control Gear
Low power electrical components
are protected by a miniature circuit
breaker, MCB, mounted on the
control gear chassis.
The heating elements are
individually fused with replaceable
5A links.
The LED power supply and
drivers, an undercurrent relay and
a digital cycle timer unit are also
mounted on the chassis.
Heating
Controls
The cabinet heating is controlled by the Dixell
temperature controller, in conjunction with a silicone
encapsulated temperature probe.
Power to the various radiant elements is
proportioned to achieve an even temperature
distribution within the cabinet. The current is
monitored to detect failed elements.
